One of my favorite breakfasts or snacks is plain greek yogurt with chopped apples and nuts! So good!
1/2 to 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt. I like Fage.
1 small apple chopped
1 – 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (my favorites are toasted slivered almonds or chopped walnuts)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Drizzle of honey
Combine yogurt and apples in a bowl. Top with nuts, cinnamon, and honey.
