YOU are a priority

Wednesdays are the busiest day of the week for my family. Am I going to use that as an excuse to get out of my workout and making ME a priority? Absolutely not!

It’s a 22 minute workout with moves that recruit so many muscle groups at one time. It’s short, it effective. Yes, I had to wake up 22 minutes earlier….no problem!

It’s 22 minutes of sleep lost. I think I’ll manage to make it through the day. I already feel more awake, happier, and energized.

And that is why I make ME a priority EVERY.DAY.

No excuses!
